1963 - After only two years the school was having significant sporting successes.
 
The Brothers were invited to Sefton by Father Geraghtyand it operated for four years, 1961 - 64. The Brothers took up residence on January 20, 1961, in a former convent of the Sisters of Saint Joseph. A new monastery and school were promised and a special contract for conducting the school was signed.


5th Class - 1961

Starting with fourth and fifth class, the school increased by one each year.


6th Class - 1962

The community leader was Brother Celestine Mulhall, and the first community members Brothers Eugene Kelly and Cyril Boland.

The school was closed on December 17, 1964, in a general rationalization in view of the Wyndham system of education. The school population got up to 300.

In the short time of their stay in Sefton the Brothers did useful work and obtained hearty support from the parishioners.
